Making Mention of You

Romans 1:9“For God is my witness…that without ceasing, I make mention of you always in my prayers.” Sometimes I find myself thinking that I haven't REALLY prayed for someone if I don't spend a lot of time doing it. The Bible says to "pray without ceasing." How is that possible? Paul told the Romans that he "makes mention" of them without ceasing. As we go about our work, we can "pray without ceasing" by making mention of those we love as they come to mind. We can ask the Holy Spirit to bring to mind those who are in our heart to pray for. and make mention of them throughout the day.
